• We do not accept returns for Rudraksha, gemstones, yantras, or any other spiritual products once sold, as they are sanctified through Vedic rituals.

• Returns are only accepted if you receive a damaged or incorrect product.

• To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. The item must be unused and in original packaging.

🔁 Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are available only for damaged or wrongly delivered items.

• We do not offer exchanges for change of mind or personal dissatisfaction post-use.

💸 Refund Policy

• Refunds are only applicable for canceled orders before dispatch or damaged/incorrect products not replaced.

• If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
